Edit witness e-mail account

It is now possible to edit witness email accounts upon customer request.

Once logged in to Addo Sign, select the transaction in question, as illustrated below:


A pop-up screen will appear. Select 'Witnesses', as illustrated below:

To edit the relevant email account, click the pencil icon, as illustrated below.:

Enter the new email address and click the disc icon to save the changes, as illustrated below:


As shown, the recipient information has been updated and a new notification has been sent.

Click the green 'Close' button to finish and return to the Overview.
